If you have changed your mind within 10 days from the date of delivery, please first let us know by sending a return/exchange request email to quoting your order number, date of purchase and items purchased.

We will respond with a return authorisation number and a return shipping address. Please note that we will not be able to process your return/exchange without a valid authorisation number, in which case your returned items will be shipped back to you.

To be eligible for refund or exchange, the jewellery items should be:

  • Undamaged
  • Unworn and unused
  • In clean condition
  • Original packaging and labelling preserved undamaged

Returned items should be dispatched to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure that you have secured proper shipping arrangements and have a tracking number, so that the items arrive to our office undamaged and within 14 days from the date of postage.

Provided your returned jewellery items meet the conditions above, we will refund your purchase within 1-3 days minus shipping cost incurred by us. Our return or exchange policy does not cover domestic or international postage fees.

In the case of exchange, we will process your refund as described above. This means you can place a new order for another item at any time.

Returns and exchanges only offered for items purchased directly through our website. We cannot process returns of items that were purchased somewhere else.
