Purchased items shipped to your address free of charge via Australia Post standard mail and normally arrive in 2+ business days (usually 3-5 business days).
We also offer express shipping that ensures 1-2 business days delivery. You can choose this option at the checkout for an extra $9.

Shipment cost does not include duties and taxes that you may be requested to pay by the customs office of your country. Please ensure that you understand the importing regulations of your country of residence as Gems In Style will not be able to help with that matter.
In the case of shipment is refused by the receiver, the international shipment cost that have been charged at checkout is not refundable.
Yes, you can cancel your order provided it has not been shipped yet. Please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel orders that have already left our premises.
Please ensure that you have provided a correct shipping address. Once the items have left our premises, we will not be able to redirect your items to another address.
